- You'll need to use the primary email address for your account. This is the email address that AHEAD emailed to you when this new site was introduced. If you need assistance between 9AM-5PM ET, please have your 6-character Ahead Customer Number available and call Ahead Customer Service at 508-985-9898. During off-hours, send an email to

and someone will get back to you within 1 business day.
Password
- If this is your first time logging in since this new site was created, you'll need to use the password that was sent to you by Ahead. After logging in, you'll be asked to change the password to something more easily remembered by you. Click on the Forgot Password link if you cannot find the initial email from Ahead or if you've simply forgotten your password.
